Meeting 24th November

This week’s meeting was due to be a presentation by Ken Holland. Unfortunately, due to an urgent medical appointment he is now no longer able to make it.

He offers his sincere apologies and we will hope to see him next year.

Fear not, Jeff our projections secretary is going to give us a talk on postprocessing and workflow using Adobe Lightroom followed by a question and answer session.

We also have Terrick giving a demonstration of how to mount prints and cut the mounts. He will also demonstrate double mounting which can really make a difference to the presentation of your prints and maybe give you an edge over the opposition in competition.

If there is time, we will also look at some examples of street photography and monochrome images to give ideas and guidance of our future competition.
