Meeting 1st October: Members critique evening
This Thursday will be the first meeting at our new venue, Southwick Village Hall, and it will be a members critique evening.
This is a chance for members to show and receive feedback on a selection of their images. Bring your prints or images on a memory stick (max 10 each).
It’s is not about showing your best work, although I’m sure we will see some excellent images. It is about having an opportunity to learn from constructive feedback from fellow photographers, in a friendly and fun environment.
If you have any images you’re not completely happy with, whether it’s from a technical point of view, or how it could be better edited, other members may be able to share their knowledge/experience and give you tips on how they could be improved.
Entries are due for the first DPI Competition (Open subject).
Non-members are welcome to attend and can come along for up to 3 meetings before joining. We do ask that you pay the £2 entrance fee for those 3 evenings. From 1st October we will be meeting at Southwick Village Hall at 7:30 (see map).
