This week is the final meeting for this season(but not quite), the format of the meeting will be follows:

A retrospective of the year presented by Nick.

Announcement of the overall competitions winners for the four projection competitions we have held this year.

The Duck Tape challenge – just a fun look at the images you have submitted on a silly subject.

A  discussion on the activities we have planned for the summer break, including the some addition informal meetings we are calling “Camera Café”, the  Landscape images Competition and a potential outdoor photo shoot.

A final discussion opportunity for members to give their views and suggestions on the coming season.

        It is with great pleasure that we welcome back Graham Harries as our final speaker for this season. Members will no doubt recall that Graham opened our season back in September with his breath-taking images of Chernobyl. This week Graham takes us on a journey into the world of Drone Photography.

Let’s see if we can have a bit of fun at our last meeting of the season on 29th April by looking at some images members have taken with the theme ” “Unusual Uses of Duct Tape” aka Gaffer tape.

I’m sure that we get images with all the imagination and creativity we witnessed at the SPAM CHALLENGE a few months back

                This week is the Flora and Fauna Competition. Our judge for the evening will be Harry Gardiner AWPF.

Alan is from Carmarthen Photographic Society. Tonight he is presenting his unique appreciation of several  exciting photographers and their work.

Alan has promised  that we might even get a Quiz!

                This week’s it’s a members evening. We have 2 interesting and different presentations lined up, from Kevin Wright who is going to show his video of his trip to Antarctica and Rob Dyer who going to show us images from his trips to Africa. There will be time for questions.

This is a slight change to the published programme, Emily Middleton will now be joining us on 8th April to review our images from the photoshoot.

Derbyshire based Photographer Simon Palmer take us through some of his stunning images.

Members,Our session this week, 25th February, is hosted by Committee Members Nick Krainc and Kevin Crosbie .Nick will share a selection of images taken by his Father-in-Law, taken during the 60s when he worked at the Woomera Rocket Range in Australia.Kevin will present to us his unique take on Macro Photography.So, a varied programme that we hope will entertain and inform.
