Radical Street Photography

This Thursday (22nd October) we welcome David Lewis-Baker to speak at our club meeting via Zoom. Delayed from last season, David is going to share with us his quite extraordinary ” Radical Street Photography” presentation.

David has a wry, witty and knowledgeable take on things , photography being no exception. Here is an excerpt from his bio:

“I am a retired professor living and working as a writer, street photographer and digital artist in the beautiful Roman and Georgian city of Bath. I have been painting and drawing most of my life and after a period of ill health I retired from Warwick University in 2006 to become a professional new media digital fine artist and fine art photographer in Bath. I am a painterly digital artist and my work ranges widely from portraits and landscape pieces, to abstract, surrealist and also conceptual works. My art and photographic works are in private collections around the world and have been used in various publications. I am also an experienced street photographer centring my practice on the streets of Bath, but also working in Bristol, London, the USA and Europe.”

So members, sign on and strap in … this might get a little weird!!!
